Application Settings

Use the Application Settings page to turn on/off specific features for your company.

Note: The Application Settings page is visible only to users with Tenant Administrator privileges.

Forms Settings

Allow copying from previously filled out forms

This setting gives you the option to allow content from previously filled out forms to be copied onto new forms.

  • Select this check box to allow all forms to be copied. Permissions for individual forms can be changed in the Template Workflow & Security tab in Template Properties. Once active the Select & Copy from a Previously Filled Form button will appear on the Fill Out a Form Page.
  • If the setting check box is not active, the Select & Copy from a Previously Filled Form button will not appear on the Fill Out a Form Page and the Allow Form Filler to Copy Previously Filled Forms menu will not appear in Template Properties.
  • To view settings for individual templates, select Click here for more information.
  • By default, the check box is selected for this setting.

Turn off copying permissions for individual forms

  1. Ensure the Allow copying from previously filled out forms setting is active in Application Settings.
  2. Navigate to the template of the form you want to modify.
  3. Select Properties next to the template name.
  4. In the Template Workflow & Security tab, select No from the Allow Form Filler to Copy Previously Filled Forms dropdown.
  5. Click Save.

Allow users to delete forms that have been approved

  • Select this check box to display the Delete button on Approved Forms. If the setting check box is not selected, the Delete button will not appear on Approved Forms.

Note: The Delete button will only ever be seen by the form owner (Form Creator (eligible). Only Form Creators can delete their own forms.

  • By default, the check box is checked for this setting.

Allow users to delete forms that have been completed

  • Select this check box to display the Delete button on Completed Forms. If the setting check box is not selected, the Delete button will not appear on Completed Forms.

Note: The Delete button will only ever be seen by the form owner (Form Creator (eligible). Only Form Creators can delete their own forms.

  • By default the check box is checked for this setting.

Allow users to edit forms that have been completed

  • Select this check box to display the Edit button on Completed Forms. If the setting check box is not selected, the Edit button will not appear on Completed Forms.

Note: The Edit button will only ever be seen by the form owner (Form Creator (eligible). Only Form Creators can edit their own forms.

  • By default, the check box is checked for this setting.

Allow users to recall forms that have been approved

This setting allows users to recall forms that have been submitted and approved.

  • Select this check box to allow all forms to be recalled. Permissions for individual forms can be changed in the Template Workflow & Security tab in Template Properties. Once active, the Recall button will appear in the toolbar on the Fill Out a Form Page.
  • If the setting check box is not active, the Recall button will not appear on the Fill Out a Form Page and the Allow Form Filler to Copy Previously Filled Forms menu will not appear in Template Properties.

Note: As always, the recall button will only ever be seen by the form owner (Form Creator (eligible) permission). Only Form Creators can recall their own forms.

  1. Ensure the Allow users to recall forms that have been approved setting is active in Application Settings.
  2. Navigate to the template of the form you want to modify.
  3. Select Properties next to the template name.
  4. In the Template Workflow & Security tab, select No from the Allow form fillers to recall approved forms dropdown.
  5. Click Save.
