Template and Form Groups
Template and form groups are used as tags to organize templates and forms. These groups can be used to filter forms by group and sub-group.
The Template and Form Groups page displays a list of your groups by name.
The following table shows how groups and subgroups selected when creating a new template affect form filler options:

Add new group
- Click Add New Group.
- Enter or select information in the following fields:
- Group Name – The name of your group. This field is required.
- Data Source – Choose a data source from the drop-down menu.
- Record – The record within the chosen data source where data is extracted. This field is required when a data source is selected.
- Field – The subgroup within the chosen data source. This field is required when a data source is selected.
- Click Create.
You will find your newly created template and form group on the Template and Form Groups home page.
Note: A preview of what will show for the both Group and Sub-Groups dropdowns is displayed at the bottom of the page.
Edit group
- Find the group you want to edit.
- Click Edit in the Action column.
- Edit group properties.
- Click Save.
Note: You cannot edit a template and form group if it is in use by templates and/or forms.
Delete group
- Find the group you want to delete.
- Click Delete in the Action column.
- Click Yes or in the Delete Group dialog box.
Note: You cannot delete a template and form group if it is in use by templates and/or forms.
