I logged out while offline. Can I log back into the app if I am still offline?

Yes. As long as you first logged in successfully while connected to the internet, the mobile app will store your user name and password on the device so that you can log in and out of the mobile app while offline from the internet.

I changed my password on the browser app, but it’s not working on the mobile app. What should I do?

Sync your device to the server to update the password on the mobile app. If you do not have a data connection, you can continue to use your old password.

When will I NOT see the navigation menu?

You will not see the navigation menu while you are in the process of editing or viewing a form. Instead, you will see a back arrow that will allow you to navigate back to either the Fill out a Form page or Form Listing page.

Why have I been logged out?

Users are automatically logged out after 72 hours of inactivity.

Does the B2W Inform Mobile App support dark mode?

Yes.

Yes, for tablets. No, for phones.
