Rejected Forms
Rejected forms for the logged-in user can be viewed on the Forms page.

Any time you log into the mobile app, do a full sync from the Sync Page, or do a Pull-Down Sync from the Forms Page, the mobile app will check the server for any Rejected Forms that are not currently listed on the mobile app.
If there are any new Rejected Forms, the app will prompt you with a dialog that will ask you if you want to either download them to the device or skip this.
If you tap Download, the mobile app will download these Rejected forms to your device.
If you tap Skip, the dialog will be dismissed and you will be able to download any Rejected forms individually form the Forms page, as long as you have an active connection

- Downloaded Rejected Forms
- If you have already downloaded any Rejected forms to the device, these will be available to edit.
- You will also see the ability to Remove Form from Device – this action allows you to remove the downloaded Rejected form from your device. The app will prompt you to make sure you want to move forward with that action.
- Downloadable Rejected Forms
- If you have an active connection and Rejected forms that have not yet been downloaded to the device, you will see Download Form to Device.
- Tap this to download this individual form to the device.
- Locked Rejected Forms
- Any Rejected forms that have been downloaded to another device, will display a lock icon to the left of the form title.
- Clicking on a locked Rejected form will display a dialog telling you the name of the device that the form is currently downloaded to.
- Rejected Forms that Cannot be Downloaded to the Mobile App
- In some instances, there may be Rejected forms that can only be accessed via the web application.
- In this scenario, you will see a message on the Rejected form saying that the form is not enabled for mobile and should be accessed via the web application.
- Rejected forms that have been edited by the logged-in user and are now Pending
- Any Rejected forms that you edit and re-submit will be displayed as having a ‘Pending’ status, and will show a note on the card that says, This was a Rejected Form that is now Sync Ready.
- This form will show up under both the Rejected tab and the Sync Ready tab.

To view or edit a Rejected form, it must be downloaded to the device first. Once the Rejected form has been downloaded to the device, you can tap on it to open the form.
Once opened, the Rejected form will display the most recent date/time of rejection and any rejection comments. Tap Ok to dismiss the dialog.
This will bring you into a read-only view of the form.
To edit the form, tap on the form menu icon and tap Edit. This will make the form editable, and you can modify the form as you see fit. When you have completed the edits to your form, tap Submit in the form menu.
