The following are minimum technical requirements for the Inform mobile app:

Recommended hardware specifications

• RAM (Memory): Minimum of 2 GB. 4 GB for larger companies.
• Storage: 16 GB minimum
• Processor: 1.3 GHz minimum

Mobile platform requirements

iOS — 13.x, 14.x, 15.x

Android — 8.x, 9.x, 10.x

Devices to avoid

Avoid obsolete, discontinued, or devices that cannot accept operating system updates.
