Reports Scheduling Feature

Keep track of business trends, processes, and inefficiencies using the Reports Scheduling feature in the Report Manager. Use this feature to schedule, email, and manage scheduled reports. You can email reports immediately, schedule them for a later time, and even setup reports to send on a recurring basis — so you are always up to date.

Note: As of this release, reports are scheduled through Eastern Standard Time (EST). For clients in other time zones, report scheduling must be adjusted accordingly. For example, if you are in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone and want to schedule a report to be sent at 3 pm CST, you would have to schedule the report to send out at 4 pm EST.

Bug Fixes

Fixes issue of:

  • Report Manager failing when a template name contains a “.”
  • Form Sub-group data-bound fields not pulling all fields from the B2W Operational Suite
  • SQL Error when sorting an image column
  • Component fields sorting Z-A instead of A-Z

Known Issues

As of this release, when choosing a format for the Report Scheduling feature, reports will only be scheduled as PDFs.
