Features

Data Storage Meter

Inform now features a new page in the Setup section called "Data Storage." This page is only available to users with the Security Administrator permission and displays a data usage meter.

Improvements

Improvements to handling of deleted/inactivated databound records

  • When deleting or inactivating a resource within the B2W Operational Suite, Inform databound dropdowns will update accordingly and these resources will not show up as available selections within newly created forms.

Expand notification by clicking anywhere on row

  • Users can now click anywhere on a notification row to expand or minimize the row, with the exception of the "Select" check box column.

Update to ‘Template and Form Groups’ page

  • The Template and Form Groups page now displays a preview of what will show for the both Group and Sub-Groups dropdowns.

Text change to Form History signatures

  • Rejected form signatures are now labeled, "Rejector Signature:"
  • Approved form signatures are now labeled, "Approver Signature:"

Undo/Redo function available for changes to component borders

  • Users can now undo and redo changes made to borders for Table and Section components.

Handling of approvers who are Inactive or with revoked Form Approver permission

  • Forms submitted with selected approvers who are inactive or have lost Form Approver permission will display a message notifying the user that they must edit the approval sequence.

Bug fixes

Fixes issue of:

  • PDF of form with tables not generating correctly
  • End-Users cannot Preview/Email forms after Saving As Draft
  • Forms not downloading from Preview page on iOS mobile devices
  • Count of notification is moved down
  • Forms not downloading from Preview page on Mac desktops
  • Corrected bugs associated with the approve/reject workflow feature affecting the following areas:
    • Form History
    • Approval Sequences
    • Pending Form Queue
    • Reporting on Workflow and Form History
