Copy a form

The Select & Copy feature allows end-users to start a new form based on a previously filled out form. Once copied, the new form will contain all of the original form data except for the following:

• Signature data
• Timestamp data
• Media Attachment data
• File Attachment data

Note: The Select & Copy feature will only display the most recent form for each template that has been filled out by the current logged-in user. If a new version of a template is published, the Select & Copy feature will not display the most recent form for a template. This is by design because the application does not allow form fillers to create new forms based on non-current versions of a template.

Copy a form

1. On the Select a Form to Fill Out page, click Select & Copy from a previously filled form.
2. Select a form from the list, using the Search field and categories menu if needed to find the form.
3. Edit the form properties as needed, and click Save.
