Inform 2.0 includes the feature release of Alerts & Notifications.

Alerts & Notifications Feature

Alerts & Notifications allows users with the Alert Administrator role to set up alerts for specific scenarios. Users can select different criteria within the alert expression builder to configure custom alerts, including the following components and forms-related data:

Then users can select recipients — an Inform user or an external recipient — to be notified automatically by email or text message when specific events are triggered.

Keep your business informed of important, real-time data being collected in forms! With Alerts & Notifications, you can notify:

  • Safety managers when accidents have occurred or when serious injuries have taken place.
  • Equipment managers when certain pieces of equipment need repairing.
  • Supervisors when unsafe conditions are observed on the job site.
