B2W Maintain – Repair Requests
With an established data connection between B2W Inform and the B2W Operational Suite, forms filled out in B2W Inform can automatically create new repair requests in B2W Maintain.
To support this functionality, the Repair Requests workflow feature must be enabled and configured for a form template. This configuration is done as part of Template setup. Once configured, the workflow is built into the form filling process, making it simple to use.
