Getting started

A connection to the internet and a valid username and password is required for logging into the app for the first time. Usernames and passwords are set up on the desktop version of B2W Inform.
- Open the B2W Inform App on your mobile device.
- Enter your username and password.
- Tap Login.
Users will be able to login/logout of the mobile app while offline indefinitely by using the username and password they initially used to successfully authenticate with the server while connected. If the user has not successfully established a connection with the server within 72 hours, the user will be prompted to log back in to re-authenticate with the server.

To avoid having to type your email address each time you log into the same device, select the Remember me checkbox (Android) or toggle (iOS). Your email address will be saved in the username field after logging out.

Tap the button to the right of the username field on the Login page to display a list of recent users who have logged in on the device. Tap on a username to select it. If the user has forms on the device, the form icon to the left of the username will show the user's total number of forms on the device.

To reset your password, tap Forgot Password at the bottom of the login page to open the B2W Inform Forgot Password page in a web browser. An internet connection is required to reset a forgotten password.

- Open the navigation menu.
- Tap Logout.
Users must re-enter username and password to log in again.

The Home Page displays the following buttons:
- Fill Out a Form — Tap to open the Template Library page and select a new form to fill out. Learn more about filling out forms.
- View Forms — Tap to view your existing forms on the device. Learn more about the Form Listing Page.
- Rejected — Tap to view your rejected forms. Learn more about Rejected Forms.
- Sync — Tap to navigate to the Sync Page. The number in the lower right-hand corner of the Sync button reflects the number of items ready to sync to the server. Learn more about syncing.

Tap the menu icon at the top of each page to access the following options:
- Home – Tap this to open the Home page.
- Forms – Tap this to open the Forms Listing page.
- Fill out a form – Tap this to open the Template Library page.
- Sync – Tap this to open the Sync page. The number in the lower right-hand corner of the Sync button reflects the number of items ready to sync to the server. Learn more about syncing.
- Help – Tap this to open the Online Help Library in a browser, only available with a data connection.
- Logout – Tap this to log the user out and navigate to the Login page.
To collapse the menu, tap anywhere to the left of the menu or slide it to the left.

Forms

The Forms page displays the list of forms available to the logged-in user. Only forms created on the device and forms owned by the user will be visible. To open the Forms page, tap View Forms on the home page, Rejected on the home page, or Forms in the navigation menu.
The Forms listing page displays forms newest to oldest. Each form listed displays the following information:
- The form name
- The month, day, year, and time that the form was created
- The state of the form (Draft, Completed, Pending, Rejected) with the corresponding color

Click Fill out a Form on either the Home Page or the Navigation Menu to navigate to the Fill out a Form Page.
The Fill out a Form Page displays a list of form templates the logged-in user has permission to fill out. Syncing to the server on this page is possible with a connection to the internet. To start a new form, tap on one of the form templates in the list.

Clicking on the Rejected button from the Home Page, will navigate the logged-in user to the Forms Page, but with the Rejected filter pre-selected. Here, the logged-in user will see any rejected forms that they have in their queue. This includes Rejected forms that they have downloaded to the device, that are available for them to download to their device, that have been downloaded to another device, or that are not mobile-enabled and cannot be downloaded to the device but still need to be addressed via the web application.
Syncing
An internet connection is required to sync forms with the server as well as pulling down rejected forms and forms you have permission to fill out.

Upon logging in for the first time, the app will automatically do the following:
- Ask the user who is logging in if the app may access their location.
- Initial sync to download forms that the logged-in user allowed to fill out and associated data.
- A banner at the top of the screen will show, “Initial sync in progress.”
- If the logged-in user has any Rejected forms that are available to be downloaded to the device, the app will prompt the user if they would like to download any available rejected forms.
- The user will be able to download them or skip downloading them.
- If the logged-in user skips downloading the rejected forms, the user will be able to download them individually from the forms page.
- Once the initial sync has finished a banner at the top of the screen will show, “Initial sync completed.”

To update the list of the available fillable forms on the Fill Out a Forms Page from the server:
- Navigate to the Fill Out a Form Page.
- Swipe down on the listing page to start the pull-down sync. The banner will display, "Sync in progress."
Note: This is a pull-down sync only, meaning the app only pulls new items down to the device or updates items that are already downloaded to the device from the server.

To update the list of Rejected forms on the Forms Page from the server:
- Navigate to the Forms Page.
- Swipe down on the listing page to start the pull-down sync. The banner will display, "Sync in progress."
Note: This is a pull-down sync only, meaning the app only pulls new items down to the device or updates items that are already downloaded to the device from the server.

To manually sync your device to the server:
- Tap Sync on the homepage or in the navigation menu to open the Sync page.
- The sync page displays the number of items waiting to be synced and also checks for anything that needs to be pulled down from the server.
- Sync status will show as in progress, failed, or completed successfully. Syncing remains in progress when navigating away from the Sync page.

The Info page
Tap Info in the side navigation menu to open the Info page where you can view the following information:

- Support Email: support@b2wsoftware.com – Tap the email address to compose an email to B2W Support.
- Support Number: 1-888-390-8822 – Tap the phone number to initiate a call to B2W Support.

All app information refers to the B2W Inform app installed on the device.
- App Name – B2W Inform
- App Version – The version number of the B2W Inform app.
- App Size – The amount of storage used by the B2W Inform app.
- Logged in User Name – The first and last name of the logged in user.
- Logged in User Email – The email of the logged in user.

All device information refers to the device that the B2W Inform app is installed on.
- Device Name – The name of the device.
- Software Version – The version number of the software.
- Model Name – The device's model name.
- Model Number – The device's model number.
- Device Storage – The current amount of data used on the device and the device's data capacity (e.g. 12.2GB / 32GB).
