Setup area

Use the Setup area of the application to configure and manage settings, permissions, and resources. Click one of the page buttons to navigate to that setup page.

Application Settings

Use the Application Settings page to turn specific features on or off for your company.

Business Units

Business Units represent divisions or branches within your company. B2W Inform comes installed with a single business unit named Organization. This default business unit represents your entire company. You can rename Organization, but not delete it. To enhance security, build a hierarchy of business units beneath Organization.

Data Sources

Note: Data sources are typically setup by your B2W Implementation Specialist.

Use this feature to create and configure connections to the B2W Operations Platform, for real-time data binding.

Data Storage

Use this feature to monitor your company’s data usage within B2W Inform.

Template Categories

Template categories are similar to folders and are used to organize templates.

Template and Form Groups

Template and form groups are used as tags to further organize templates and forms. These groups can be used to filter forms by group and subgroup.

Users

Use this feature to create and manage individual users.

User Groups

Use this feature to create, manage, and set security permissions for user groups, which are then assigned to Users. See User Groups permissions guide for specifics on security roles and permissions.
